Our Process:
Every item is made to order using Direct-To-Garment (DTG) printing. This method creates a soft, long-lasting design that won’t crack or peel over time. We use eco-friendly, kid-safe inks for every print.

• Orders are made and shipped quickly—typically within 2–3 business days
• All orders ship via USPS

All items are printed to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Processing time does not include carrier transit time. Carrier delivery time is additional and depends on the shipping service selected at checkout.

Follow the care label on your garment. For printed apparel, we recommend:

• Wash inside out in cold water.
• Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent.
• Tumble dry low or hang to dry.
• Avoid bleach and ironing directly on the printed design.

Eligible returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Personalized and custom items are final sale.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Approved refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping deductions. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
