    We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a refund within 7 days of delivery. You can not return a personalized item.

    • To be eligible for a return: Item(s) must be in brand new, unworn condition, not washed, dirty, have makeup stains, smell of smoke or perfume, or show any other signs of wear. We will not re-ship items sent to us that are ineligible for a return.
    • Returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-14 days minus a 20% restocking fee of the product price and original shipping charges (or actual shipping costs if a free shipping discount code was used).
    • You are responsible for the shipment of returning any items to us including return postage. Madi Moosh LLC is not responsible if your return package is lost or damaged on its way back to us. We recommend using a trackable package option so you can confirm delivery. If you did not use a tracking or delivery confirmation service and your package is not received by us, there is nothing we can do about it.
    • Orders that are returned to us undeliverable may be re-shipped after you pay for the re-shipment costs or it may be refunded at the customer's request. Our standard fees associated with refunds apply as mentioned above.

    If you need a different style, size, or design, you can return your item(s) for an exchange within 30 days of delivery. You can not exchange a personalized item.

    Problem with your order?

    • If a product you have received is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at mark@madimoosh.com within 30 days of delivery so we can arrange replacements to be sent out and any returns to be collected at our expense.
    • Any concerns in regards to the items received need to be addressed prior to being worn or washed, and within 30 days of delivery.
