All Shirts are 100% cotton and printed on Bella Canvas brand shirts. If Bella Canvas is unavailable at the time you place your order, we may substitute a comparable brand. If you have any questions regarding the brand of shirt you will receive, please let us know.

About our process:
- All orders are made to order and printed using Direct To Garment printing technology.
Unlike other garment decorating processes, this process allows for a super soft print that will last for years. The ink is eco and kid-friendly.

- Washing instructions. We suggest washing all garments in cold water and dry on low heat.

- All orders are shipped using USPS. All orders are usually shipped within 2–3 business days after order has been place. For faster delivery, you can upgrade to
Priority Mail or Express Mail during checkout.

** Please Note: We do not carry pre-printed shirts. All shirts are printed to order, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Make sure you check our size chart above in the picture carousel. Also, print colors may vary slightly from the picture seen on your phone, tablet, or computer screen.

Processing time does not include carrier transit time. Carrier delivery time is additional and depends on the shipping service selected at checkout.

Follow the care label on your garment. For printed apparel, we recommend:

• Wash inside out in cold water.
• Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent.
• Tumble dry low or hang to dry.
• Avoid bleach and ironing directly on the printed design.

Eligible returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Personalized and custom items are final sale.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Approved refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping deductions. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Eligible exchanges are offered within 30 days of delivery. Please review the full policy for instructions, exclusions, and damaged or incorrect items.
