At Madi Moosh LLC, we want you to love your purchase. Please review our policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.


Returns & Refunds

We accept eligible returns for a refund within 7 days of delivery. Items received after this window may not qualify for a refund.

Non-returnable items:
Personalized or custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return eligibility requirements:
To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in brand-new condition

  • Free of stains, odors (including smoke or perfume), pet hair, or damage

  • Returned in original condition with all tags (if applicable)

Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for a refund and will not be re-shipped.

Refund processing:
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection. Refunds are subject to:

  • A 20% restocking fee based on the product price

  • Deduction of original shipping charges (or actual shipping costs if a free shipping promotion was used)

Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Madi Moosh LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Returns without delivery confirmation that are not received cannot be processed.

Undeliverable packages:
Orders returned to us as undeliverable may be:

  • Re-shipped at the customer’s expense, or

  • Refunded upon request (standard refund fees apply)


How to Initiate a Return

Include a note inside your package with your:

  • Name

  • Order number

  • Email address used at checkout

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items needing a different size, style, or design.

Exchange eligibility:

  • Item must be in brand-new, unworn, unwashed condition

  • Personalized items cannot be exchanged

  • Replacement items are shipped only after the original item is received and approved

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot process exchanges for items that arrive in an ineligible condition.

To request an exchange:

  1. Mail the item with a note including your name, order number, email, and requested size/style.

  2. Once approved, we will email you a code to place your replacement order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

We will arrange for a replacement and cover any return shipping when applicable.
All concerns must be reported before items are worn or washed.
